I loved the pelvic floor therapy I received at Inspira and would recommend it to others.Review from the Summer 2022 Birthing Survey
Inspira PT for prenatal pilates/PT was fab!Inspira Physical Therapy & Wellness
The team at Inspira is AMAZING! I've been going to Inspira for the last 3 months now, following the birth of my first child for pelvic floor and hip related issues. Mila has been so wonderful to work with. She takes a holistic approach and aims to help you address all pains and inconsistencies vs just focusing on one body part, which is a HUGE plus for me. Within just a few sessions, I went from noting being able to go for a jog without having leakage, to now running 2-3 miles no problem. I couldn't recommend Inspira more for your physical therapy needs!Seeking physical therapist recommendation in Park Slope
I can't say enough great things about Melanie Carmanati. I have seen many PT's over the years and she is hands down the absolute best. She spends a solid 50 min. or more with me- very deep hands on work that essentially cut my need for PT in half. Good thing because the only downside is, she doesn't accept any insurances. My insurance covers out of network at a lower rate but it has been worth it. She sees patients on Court St near 9th and Union in the Ellie Herman studios. Limited hours for patients on 8th Ave and 13th street too.
