Recommendations for someone to help with family meal prep during the work weekWe have tried Meal Prep Chef and it's a great service, but pricey. They focus on healthy foods but tailor recipes to your preferences, and once you approve the menu they order groceries on Fresh Direct, and then someone comes over to do meal prep in your kitchen once per week. The food has been good overall, with a few amazing meals and a few duds. You can skip weeks, but not have a regular cadence that is less than weekly.
