I work for Compass running construction and facilities, and we used a buyers agent from my company based on our NYC GM’s recommendation: Mark Jovanovic, who has been around for ages. Highly recommend (and if you’re a buyer in NYC you pay no agent commission). He has a partner who does the sellers side (Scott Hustis), but he was incredibly warm, thoughtful, has impeccable relationships with brokers at other agencies- as well as insurance brokers, inspectors, etc- and gave us great advice which led to a winning offer in Park Slope.
