- 2018 Birth SurveyMaris was very comforting throughout the end of pregnancy. She was always available to answer my questions and was a very calming presence. She did not actually make it to the birth because I had an induction that progressed very quickly.
- Review submitted via the PSP Birth SurveyMaris is the kind of person that can put others at ease upon first meeting - she quickly became a comforting presence for both me and my husband prior to our son's birth. She is kind, knowledgeable, supportive and understanding. In the weeks leading up to my son's birth, I experienced episodes of prodromal labor, which was confusing and frustrating. Maris made herself available 24/7 to answer my questions, help me find relief (mentally and physically) and troubleshoot my symptoms. She gave me a wonderful referral for an acupuncturist who helped tremendously. Maris was excellent while I was in labor. She came to our home, rode with us in the car to the hospital and took charge upon check in because this kid was coming fast! I could not have anticipated better care from anyone; Maris consistently provided the emotional support I so desperately needed. I highly recommend her! Based on a April 2017 birthing experience
