  • Pelvic Floor PT specialist Recommendation

Lindsey at the Functional Pelvis was also widely recommended- but I couldn’t ever get out to see her and just felt harder to make an appt. (Sept 2019)
  • ISO postpartum physical therapist

Lindsay Vestal is a great pelvic floor therapist who can offer you help with DR. I don’t think she takes insurance (but check, I have terrible insurance so that might have been my issue), but she is very compassionate, thorough, knowledgeable, and honest. She won’t suggest you come in for any more sessions than necessary. And she makes house calls if needed! (She has an office in Union Square.) functionalpelvis.com (Dec 2018)
  • 2018 Birth Survey

Lindsey Vestal Green of The Functional Pelvis for pelvic floor PT: terrific, very holistic approach. Does home visits. Extremely experienced and gentle. (Nov 2018)
  • 2018 Birth Survey Birth Survey

Lindsey Vestal is a kind and informed pelvic floor specialist who I recommend without reservations. (Nov 2018)
  • [PSPBeingFit] Looking for a Post Partum PT for Knee and Diastases

I am a postnatal trainer and work closely together with Lindes Vestaal from the "the functional pelvis" is a great PT and I highly recommend her. She is specialized in moms and is a lovely person too:). She does homevisits which is convenient too I think. Her email is "lindesyvestal@functionalpelvis.com". Good luck and quick recovery! • Review submitted via the Park Slope Parents 2017 Birth Survey

I saw Lindsey around 32 weeks in my pregnancy after I had endured several weeks of pelvis pain. Lindsey gave me tips on strengthening the pelvic floor and positions for labor to minimize damage to the perineum and pelvis. She was helpful, but I probably didn't need the session. I would recommend her for anyone experiencing postpartum difficulty with their pelvis. Based on an October 2017 birth
  • [ANONYMOUS] Recs for OT for 4-year-old?

Lindsey Vestal is an OT who makes house calls and owns the company Functional Pelvis. They are both really great therapists!
