Review from the Spring 2024 Early Education Survey
Review: Let's Play and Learn has been a wonderful place for 3K. The kids are engaged in so many ways... music, art, soccer, daily trips outside, and occasional field trips around the neighborhood. The staff and teachers are warm and welcoming. The space is new, clean, and cheerful. Amenities: Has after-school options, Provides mealsReview from the Spring 2024 Early Education Survey
REVIEW: We have been very happy sending our child to 3k at Let's Play and Learn. We started in their private 2s program, continued to DOE 3k, and will be sending him to DOE PreK there as well. The teachers and administration are warm and caring. It's small enough that everyone knows my child and my child feels comfortable in many classrooms and with many teachers/aides-- but it's also structured like a "school," which I feel is a good bridge between a home-based daycare and eventual public kindergarten at our neighborhood school. Our child LOVES the "special classes" teachers, which includes music with Mr. Frank, science with Mr. Dennis and dance/yoga with Miss Breatriz. LPL even brought in a soccer coach this spring for soccer at JJ Byrne. They also do occasional field trips around the neighborhood. Food is also included-- a big plus! It is also so evident how much our child is learning. He knows all his letters, knows how to spell his and other classmates names, and comes home with founts of information about the desert, new-to-him holidays/cultural moments, etc. We're a happy LPL family.; Amenities: Has after-school options, Has early morning hours, Provides meals; What would you change? Outdoor space would be great, but understand this is a challenge for many programs in the city!Review from the Spring 2023 Early Education Survey
Review: We loved Let’s Play and Learn. It is a great school filled with and amazing staff who go above and beyond to take care of the children. Both the director Ms. Olena and my sons teacher were warm and welcoming and had great parent communication. I always felt like I knew what was going on in the classroom and always got a quick response if I reached out. My son loved his teacher and teacher assistant. They were both very sweet, supportive, and he learned a lot. Amenities: Has after-school options, Has early morning hours, Provides mealsReview from the Spring 2023 Early Education Survey
