Need therapist who specializes in addiction
Leslie Harf. Her offices are above the Nike store in Flatiron in manhattan. She is wonderful, capable, and takes insurance.Couples therapy as last resort
Leslie Harf is wonderful. Office is Near Flatiron and I believe she accepts many insurances. I recommend you first see her (or any therapist) individually and decide together to invite your husband. She helped me work through a bunch of family issues including dealing with my mother’s addiction. Both of my parents have now joined me in sessions with her. My mother was also highly skeptical but Leslie gave me tips on how to convince her. She is fully present and completely capable and empathetic in sessions.
