The technician had great bedside manner and went out of her way to make me feel at ease, even though I wasn’t particularly nervous. It’s a basement clinic so it doesn’t have the best atmosphere but I don’t really care about that. The care was great and I didn’t wait long.
- ISO: Feedback on Brooklyn Heights location of Lenox Hill RadiologyIn November I was pleased Lenox Radiology on Atlantic was able to schedule me in quickly when they had a cancellation. When I arrived, I was told the machines weren’t working! No one called to inform me. Annoying!!!!!!
- Where to get a mammogram in Brooklyn?I've also been to Lenox Hill, quite recently, the Bond St (downtown BK) location. Other than the wait, I had a good experience there and was very happy with the technicians and doctors.
- Where to get a mammogram in Brooklyn?I’ve been to a few of Lenox Hill Radiology’s locations over the past 4 years. My current preference is their Union Square West office, close to the 14th St F stop, but there is one in Downtown Brooklyn. The technicians have been great at all of them. (I haven’t met the radiologists.)
