My child loved the sensory activities! The lesson planning always involved holding, touching, shaping, molding, etc. The art work was incredible and we have various types of kid art on our walls at home now. My child really loved making jell-o and "cooking" with the crockpot. We started in their daycare room and as their program has grown we moved into their preschool room. There is plenty of light in all classrooms, and it's easy to get to from the subway. They use the Brightwheel App so I was able to follow along with my child's day. Best bonus is the food -- it is from Vesekla! This is a family-run business with lots of warmth and empathy.

Type: Daycare About the facility: Has early morning hours, Provides meals Review: It's a small, family-focused program not far from the 6 train in Manhattan. There is a lot of singing and art work and a piano and a dance teacher visit the kids each week. My son enjoys signing and playing tennis as the facility has its own gym. He is really connecting with the artwork as well. It's a bit more structured than traditional daycare as the kids are learning their ABCs and they have a science component each week. They also go outdoors to visit the local farmer's market and playground. We have been here for a year and are very happy with the care, and with how much my child has thrived there. They have coordinated potty training with us, for example, and I love that really good food is provided. What would you change about the program, if anything, and why? I wouldn't change anything at this point.
