- Working moms therapist recommendationI highly recommend Dr. Lauren Sosenko: https://www.drlaurensosenko.com/ I began seeing her for postpartum depression and anxiety, and have continued seeing her for the past 2 years to dig into and unpack a wide range of topics, including parenting, identity as a mother, family stuff, and general "working on yourself" stuff, as you put it. She has been life changing, and a life saver during my postpartum depression but also during the pandemic. She sees patients in Park Slope and did virtual work during Covid. I don't know if she is taking on new clients, but she's truly awesome. Another mom I met in my PSP baby group who'd dealt with a traumatic birth had seen Dr. Sosenko and recommended her to me, and I am so grateful she did.

- PPA/PPDI just wanted to add a therapist recommendation, because I know it can feel overwhelming to find someone. Lauren Sosenko is in South Slope and specializes in perinatal mental health. I saw her when I was struggling with anxiety during my pregnancy.
