Therapist and what do we owe our parents?
I have found great relief and very helpful tools with Laura D'Angelo. (I used to see her in person, but she's all online still for now.) I've seen her in various incarnations (solo, couples and group) and she is EXCELLENT. I'm learning to slowly counteract the training I got from her and calm the voices that were instilled in me from a young age. I'm not there yet by any means, but the work I've done with Laura has been incredibly impactful. It's made me see how much my mother has imprinted on me and I've started to untangle it - or at least become aware.Therapist for PPD, other issues
I cannot recommend Laura highly enough. I have done couples. individual and now group therapy with her and have had excellent experiences in all settings. She's fully remote now. She doesn't take insurance but is great at giving me what I need to get reimbursed.Need resources for depressed spouse
I HIGHLY recommend Laura D'Angelo. She has been our couples counselor for years and I also work with her in a group. I have sent every friend that has ever had a mental health crisis or need to her and have only ever heard and experienced the highest level of care and thoughtfulness.Review from the 2021 Therapist Survey

Does the therapist take insurance, and if not, how has your experience been with filing claims? Laura does not take insurance but has helped us get reimbursed to the fullest extent through our insurance. Review: I highly recommend Laura to any and everyone. She is truly excellent. I have seen more activation and growth since seeing her than in all of my precious years of therapy combined. I have sent numerous friends her way and all have been served well and also rave about her.
