Kristina is an incredible real estate agent. She helped us find our home while we were in a very precarious situation. She doesn't send regular listings you can find on your own in streetEasy , like the other agents, she thinks outside the box, is super proactive and makes things happen. She is also always keeping your best interests in mind to protect you, as a tenant in our case, versus difficult landlords.She is very reactive, responsive, clear, and it's a pleasure to communicate with her.I totally recommend working with her.Realtor
We sought out Kristina's help to buy our new condo in the Park Slope area at the recommendation of other PSPers. After one meeting with her, we had confidence in her ability to understand and respect our needs in our home search. While we have a toddler, I work in housing law in NY and am sensitive to school segregation issues, so I greatly appreciated her awareness of *not* discussing schools, which at least one other broker we'd encountered had not shied away from despite it being against the Fair Housing Act (and, as I understand it, broker licensing rules). Kristina tirelessly searched for places she thought would fit our criteria, attended numerous open houses with us, and made appointments for us when there were no open houses, never shying away from pursuing a property we were interested in even if it may already be in hot demand. At the apt visits themselves, she gave us really helpful comment about the quality of the housing we were looking at, as she had some experience handling construction with her own current or prior properties. We appreciated that Kristina was always as good at pointing out flaws as the good in any property; this made us trust that she wasn't rushing us to buy something just so she could close a deal. With Kristina's help we are now in our first purchased home in the United States, and so far we love it! We strongly recommend Kristina to help you with your search for a home.Realtor

We highly recommend Kristina Shlychkova, who was our broker for the recent purchase of our first home, a new condo in Windsor Terrace. Kristina was a huge help and advocate throughout the entirety of the process. She showed us countless units over a number of weeks, setting up viewings both at listings that we had found ourselves as well as many that she found through her own searches. For all of these, her husband kindly drove us from showing to showing making it very easy to view multiple apartments in a single weekend day. When we finally found an apartment that we loved and wanted to put an offer on, Kristina was right there with us the whole time. She helped us determine the amount we should offer based on comps in the area, walked us through the negotiation process, and was there to help navigate all the steps between a signed contract and closing. Kristina knows this part of Brooklyn incredibly well, and we would absolutely work with her again in the future. As should you!
