Recommendation for a real estate agent to list our home

We very enthusiastically recommend Kira Forman, who helped us buy our first co-op in 2017 in Fort Greene and then handled its sale earlier this year. (We will work with her again when we are ready to buy our next place, just haven't yet found the right unit yet.) Kira is incredibly responsive and knows the Brooklyn market in and out - she grew up here and has been working in real estate for years. She knows how to price things and how to bid competitively - when we first bought our co-op, she actually counseled us not to overbid. Kira keeps a cool head and never passed on any stress to us. She handled a large volume of appointments for our apartment and was extremely respectful of our covid concerns and also those of our building (these appointments happened right after the first omicron wave). She seamlessly handled a crush of competing offers, was always transparent with us and the ultimate buyer's agents, and kept the process moving along. We've recommended her to several friends over the years, all of whom have similarly sung her praises and remarked at how communicative she is. Kira is also a lovely person and a Brooklyn mom.
