We had our 3 year old birthday party at Kidville Carroll Gardens. They handled EVERYTHING from the dinosaur theme, to cake and pizza for the kids (The cake was phenomenal.) They had several staff members to guide the kids between crafts, going to their giant gym with zipline and bouncy house. (So parents could actually sit back and interact a bit with each other.) They even took all the gifts and wrapped them in giant bags to be easy to take with us afterwards. It's a pricey party, but for our November born toddler who has a TON of energy, it made for a really great place for all the kids to gather in colder weather. If you are looking for something super fun where you don't have to do a thing, this is a wonderful option. The Carroll Gardens location is directly across from a huge playground, so we spilled into it afterwards.
