Keste on Fulton St in Manhattan has hands down the best GF brick oven pizza that is made in a DEDICATED kitchen and DEDICATED GF oven. I will note that they use a flour that is made with "gluten free wheat starch" (Italian brand - Caputo's fiore glut), which seems scary at first, but for celiac it is 100% safe (not safe for anyone with an allergy to wheat). I learned out to make GF pizza at home with this flour over the pandemic and my daughter loves it!

Keste (Fidi) - amazing higher end pizza both gf and traditional. Celiac friendly and cooked in a dif pan.
