I highly recommend Katherine Malfucci https://www.pelvictherapynyc.com/ She’s my neighbor so I’ve known her a long time but also used her to do some preventative/preparatory therapy before giving birth in November. She’s incredibly knowledgeable but also very sensitive to making sure you feel comfortable and designing individualized treatments.
