  • Second-trimester miscarriage

    I found that Karin Feldman’s local group (right in Park Slope) REALLY helpful. I would highly recommend her (LCSW) for either individual or group support.

  • Pregnant, grieving past miscarriages

    Karin Feldman is excellent and specializes in infertility and pregnancy loss. I believe she is remote and doing only virtual sessions.

    After 2 miscarriages and 2 chemicals I posted on PSP and so many responders recommended Karin Feldman who is very conveniently located in Park Slope. She doesn’t take insurance but will provide invoices to submit to your insurance (should you have our-of-network benefits). I don’t and it was expensive but in the end I needed fewer sessions than expected (even though i was in a rough place). I thought she was very good but I realized (with the help of Karin) that I needed a new RE and that helped a ton.

    Having been through this myself I feel for you so deeply. I recommend Karin Feldman who is in Park Slope (near Grand Army still, I think). I’m not sure if she takes insurance. She works with individuals and runs a group. I did the group several years ago when I was going through IVF to conceive my daughter, now 2.5. I’m going through it again to try for another baby, and it’s been a rocky road so I’m considering calling Karin again.

    I recommend Karin Feldman. She does individual and group sessions. I attended her fertility support group which I found to be very helpful. I was in a difficult place after miscarriages and fertility treatments and the group helped me figure out my next steps and also helped me reframe things in a different light.

    Karinfeldman.com In Park Slope - doesn't take insurance - treats children - more info on her website - cost is $175/session for adult by may be different for child? I see her for OCD/anxiety

    I'd like to recommend Karin Feldman, a highly skilled clinical psychotherapist for anyone seeking individual or Group therapy. She is empathic, well-versed in several treatment apporaches, attentive and very knowledgeable. She helped me gain alot of insight about some long standing issues, and to reduce my anxiety around critical issues in my life; She was also tremendously skilled at incorporating my support system, including my partner into the therapy process. Ms. Feldman specializes in treating persisent mental health conditions and Women's issues; She also specializes in working with women struggling with fertility difficulties.
