I would highly recommend Karen Wolfe at Halstead. Karen has helped me extensively (and successfully) with my Brooklyn apartment searches, and is working with me and my parents on the possible sale of the family brownstone in Park Slope and subsequent condo purchase, and all that goes along with downsizing. She has been very hands-on helpful, and so patient and understanding about the difficult decisions and stress involved in selling, buying, and downsizing. She also knows mortgage brokers, home inspectors, and other specialists that one needs during the buying/moving process as she likes to make the experience as easy as possible.
