I saw Julie Zang at Weill Cornell for psoriasis, she did not solve it but had good command of all the options, though was somewhat pushing me towards Stelara since topicals just weren’t working for me (15+ years of various permutations). That was safe for breastfeeding but out of an abundance of caution I wanted to start after that was all done, if I remember correctly.
