Review from the Spring 2023 Birthing Survey
What month and year was your child born? December 2022 Review: Julie was wonderful. She came to our apartment within a day and was super knowledgeable, conscientious about passing germs to our newborn, and supported us by text afterwards. I regret not consulting her after the birth of my first child.Review from the 2020 Birthing Experience Survey
Julie made herself available for calls at flexible times and was responsive to text messages before/after our consults. She gave me helpful advice for triple feeding, understanding and supporting us for our unique situation.Lactation consultants doing in-person visits?
Had a positive experience with Julie Cardonick-Rosen who is doing virtual visits through Boober and getting another opinion from Freda Rosenfeld who is doing virtual and in-person (at her office only) visits.Review from the 2020 Birthing Experience Survey
Boober was extremely easy to work with and responded very quickly to our inquiry. Their consultants are out of network and provide paperwork to request reimbursement through insurance. Julie is fantastic. The first time you work with her you pay for two hours, which can be used all at once or over multiple sessions. We’ve had two virtual sessions with her, and she has offered a lot of very helpful information and advice. The sessions include follow-up support via text, email, and phone, which have also been super helpful as questions and new challenges arise.Review from the 2020 Birthing Experience Survey
EXTREMELY knowledgeable and professional. Cannot recommend highly enough.Review from the 2020 Birthing Experience Survey
We did a virtual consultation which worked surprisingly well. I combo feed and she was supportive of my goals. She helped me immensely with both latching and pumping. I highly recommend her.
