I'd like to recommend Joy Rosenthal as an adoption lawyer. (http://www.joyrosenthal.com) I recently worked with Joy to adopt my step-daughter. In addition to being incredibly knowledgable and thorough, she was also extremely warm and supportive throughout the entire process, both to me, my husband, and (most importantly!) my teenage step-daughter. We had a great experience working with her and are going to go back to her to write our wills.
