I had basal cell carcinoma removed from my chest very recently (my first). I did some research on procedures and specialists in the area, and I honed in on Dr. John Carucci at NYU Langone. I went to him to have it removed and I highly recommend him. He specializes in Mohs surgery, but gave me great, practical advice about all my options, and let me make my own decision about what type of procedure I wanted without pressure.
