Caring and Knowledgeable Baby Nurse My husband and I are grateful to have Joanne help us as a 24/7 baby nurse since the birth of our son. Joanne came to us the day we left the hospital. We are first time parents, and she was very patient when showing us how to swaddle, burp, bath, change diapers, plan his feeding and sleep schedule, work on tummy time, and pretty much everything we were clueless about. With Joanne’s help, I was able to sleep at least 5-6 hrs every night right away – which is so crucial for post-partum. Joanne and our son bonded immediately, she’s very caring. She stays up with our son for his feedings, and calms him when he is fussy. She has a good understanding / intuition about what babies want. Joanne washed all of our son’s clothes whenever they are soiled (that’s very often!), and helped keep all the breastfeeding gadgets clean and organized. She also recommended helpful baby clothes and gear, but she was never pushy, only gave gentle suggestions. Joanne has 20+ years of experience in childcare and is available for 12 hr night nurse shifts as well as 24/7 stays. Highly recommend that you give her a call or send her a text at (516) 444-0936!
