    We worked with Brad and Jessica to sell our current apartment and buy our new home. Brad and Jessica went above and beyond; they kindly guided us through all stages of buying and selling, had a great photographer make our apartment listing look amazing, did a ton of marketing with other local agents so we had a packed open house, and helped us negotiate deals (both as buyer and seller, and both in less than 2 weeks) that made all parties happy. Overall, we really enjoyed working with them and recommend them highly.

    Great realtors - there are lots of realtors living and working in Brooklyn but we found Brad and Jessica went above and beyond for us. We were relocating from Los Angeles. We had a long zoom to discuss our needs and then every place we found Jessica would FaceTime as she previewed the home. We rented before we stepped inside of the unit and we were thrilled.
