My son has similar issues and has been seeing therapists in Jennifer Eigen’s office. They are excellent with oral motor issues. They do in person in downtown Brooklyn and also teletherapy. They are very well organized.

Jennifer Eigen's office is a dream. They don't take insurance but will work with you to submit. They worked wonders with my 18m old last year.
