I lead yoga practices via Zoom Tuesdays and Thursdays from 1pm - 2pm, and on Fridays from 10am - 11:15am.

    I recommend Jennifer Brilliant, here in Park Slope (Carroll street I think- you can google her) She does yoga and physical training, is very skilled and knowledgeable in many therapeutic techniques-she helped me some years ago with severe back problems. she's great at working with a wide range of ages and abilities.

    Jennifer's studio is a special one. They are small, intimate and offer a great deal of personal attention. Definitely not your usual one-size-fits-all kind of class! Jennifer really gets to know each student and makes sure to learn each student's physical limitations and concerns and with her wealth of knowledge about the body's alignment as well as about yoga, you know you are in good hands. She wants to help you figure out what works best for your body, not just get you to the next complicated pose. You come away feeling more relaxed and open and with a better understanding of how to hold your body. Her beautiful, cozy brownstone studio just tops off the experience. She also offers several kids classes, for ages 7 through teens.
