Progyny for infertility: experience/provider?
We used Jennifer Blakemore at NYU and got excellent results. NYU is covered by Progyny. Dr. Blakemore is a young doctor and extremely committed and reachable to her patients, which makes the sometimes factory-like vibe of NYU monitoring tolerable. We had a pretty unique situation where we weren't using it for infertility but because we are both carriers of the same recessive genetic issue. From everything I've read, I'm not sure "low intervention" is the best option to produce optimal results with fertility treatment. That said, Dr. Blakemore was always open to hearing about what we preferred -- for instance, during the transfer cycle I know she was open to doing a "natural cycle" instead of a medicated one if we had preferred it, which we did not.
