Jeff at Slope Wellness is awesome! I went to him for acupuncture induction with my 2nd (and general aches & pains) and continue going for migraines. They also take insurance.Acupuncturist for labor induction
I’ve been getting acupuncture at Slope Wellness for several years, and while I haven’t used them (yet) for induction, it’s been a great relief this second pregnancy. Jeff is very knowledgeable in prenatal acupuncture and, now that I’m 37 weeks, we’ve discussed him transitioning to induction points in the next few weeks to help start labor. They also take some insurances and ours covers 10 appointments annually, so that’s worth looking into!Review submitted via the PSP Birth Survey
Great acupuncture support from Jeff at Slope Wellness. Three sessions helped me to deal with the intense hip and lower back pain which I developed in the 9th month, and also worked to naturally induce labor after I went over my due date. My morning sickness doesn't sound quite as bad as yours, but I had a lot of help from acupuncture with Jeff at Slope Wellness, on 8th Ave around 9th Street. In addition to my treatments, he gave me pressure point stickers to put on my wrists. I found that both helped tremendously.(no subject)
The excellent Jeff Weidmann (formerly of Elements) now has a practice in Park Slope. He sees patients until 9pm and he is marvelous, ethical and extremely knowledgeable practitioner. No connection other that as a satisfied client.
