Jeb Hart helped us sell our condo and buy our house a few years ago. We met him while house hunting - he was showing a house that wasn’t right for us, but I got a really good vibe from him (sorry, but a lot of realtors have a slick exterior that turns me off), and so when we found a place we wanted to put an offer on and realized we might need help with that, we called him. He has a lot of experience with restoring and renovating old houses, which meant he was able to give us really good advice as we looked at fixer uppers. After we bought our house he went above and beyond by helping us source contractors and sometimes being there when a materials delivery arrived. He listed our condo on New Year’s day, which could have been a disaster. And, there was a huge, January rainstorm at our first open house, but people lined up outside to view it (he actually had to call in his wife to act as a bouncer), and he sold it for much more than we expected. Our buyers liked him so much that they worked with them when they bought a house and sold the condo. We still keep in touch with him. In fact, he stopped by last week to say hi!
