I am obsessed the woman who provides my gyno care, Jacklyn Lahav! jacklyn@jlmidwifery.com She is a certified nurse midwife who does home visits. Yep, pap smear on your couch or bed. She is incredibly knowledgeable and up to date on all the latest western medicine but also really listens and takes your whole life into account before planning a course of action. She is also a trauma-informed practitioner and is incredibly gentle, patient, respectful and responsive. I can't say enough good things about her! When I started seeing her 7ish years ago she took Aetna, but now I get visits reimbursed to the extent of my OON benefits.

Try Jacklyn Lahav, she is *amazing*. She's a home visit midwife who exclusively does gyn care. So, you get all your care at home. She spends a lot of time with you, truly listens and she's SUPER sensitive to trauma survivors. Pap smear at home!

I can’t recommend Jacklyn Lahav highly enough. She is an excellent caregiver, and has gone out of her way to serve as an advocate for me in some questionable situations. I love her so much.
