I saw Iva (virtually) from March-September 2021 and had a good experience. As a new-ish father, I’ve found the responsibility of being a good parent, partner, co-worker, etc. overwhelming a lot of the time, especially during the pandemic. I’m used to being the reliable one, who always does everything and does it well. When that's no longer possible because there's just too much, it makes you feel like a failure. Iva helped me recognize that these expectations are unhealthy and unrealistic. She gave me the tools to help me let go, focus on the things I can control, and not dwell on the past.
