  • Review from the Fall 2023 & Spring 2024 Afterschool Survey

REVIEW: Into the Future has been amazing for our inquisitive and curious child! The founder, Garry, is a futurist who encourages the kids to think creatively about design and problem solving. He and the staff are great with all kinds of kids. The kids are given a lot of freedom to develop their own ideas. My son is now finishing his third year going to Into the Future and he still looks forward to it every week. It is a really special place. Skills learned: Fosters creativity and teamwork Age of child: 10

I just wanted to say that I found a great resource for my sons at a place on seventh Avenue & Windsor called Into the Future. They just started going last week one afternoon a week after school, and are having such a great time. Lots of imaginative and thoughtful play. I think they also have a program for middle schoolers and a summer camp…Anyway I am very happy with it as are my sons, and just wanted to share with everyone.
  • Review from the 2021 Summer Camp Survey

Name of camp: Into the Future Location: South Slope How old was your child when they attended camp this summer? 7 Review: Into the Future focused on how the world changes using geology and fossils to talk about the fast and asking kids to brainstorm about the future ending by making a time capsule. My child loved all of the rocks and fossils and was super engaged in how future inventions might change the world.
  • Review from the 2021 Summer Camp Survey

Name of camp: Into the Future Location: 477 7th Avenue, Brooklyn, NY How old was your child when they attended camp this summer? Both our children: 8 and 10 Review: Our 8 year old loved the fascinating topics and Garry (the camp director) answering his endless questions. It's hard to believe this was their first summer in operation. What would you change about the program, if anything, and why? Our 10 year old loved being there but felt that it was geared for younger kids. The camp says it will bump up the focus on older kids going forward. We hope so, as we would love to sign both our kids up next year. Would you like to add anything related to COVID and how the camp handled it? They were very good on COVID: masks, most time spent outside, vaccinated staff.
