We recently used hellositter when our nanny had unexpected death in the family. It's a great app where you can enter your child/ren's characteristics and what you're looking for in a sitter. They vet all the sitters and provide profiles with videos. We had a great experience and this was coverage for two 7 month olds (in a nanny share) so a high maintenance request. One of the sitters had twin experience too. Good luck! Backup care is always stressful
