I only get my hair cut by Kim at Hair Greenpoint. It is a one woman shop which eases some COVID concerns. She is located in Greenpoint, though. However-- her cuts are VERY reasonable. I think I paid $70 pre-tip for long layers. The reason I go to her is she is masterful at the dry cut and cuts each individual curl! That's basically the DevaCut.
