We've been using GTM for about 3 years and we're quite happy with it. Have done both part time and full-time nannies. Costs about $600/year if I recall correctly and definitely worth it. What gets complicated is the combination of insurance and taxes and they made it quite simple, high quality service, very knowledgeable and you get all the perks like direct deposit, etc.Nanny payroll?

We have used GTM for 7.5 years and LOVE it. They handle everything, including the weekly direct debit from us, direct deposit to our nanny, tax withholdings, tax filings, worker’s compensation insurance, etc. At our most recent renewal, their fee was $780 a year (not monthly). I am so happy we are with them - we literally never have to think about any aspect of this more than a few minutes a year, when we are gathering items for tax purposes, though I did find them to be very informative and helpful with one off questions when we were just starting to use the service.On the books nanny logistics
Overall, we have used and been very impressed with GTM as a payroll company over the entire 7 years.
