Gianna is the owner but her dad Rick is the main point of contact (phone and email included) as the manager. Rick's staff is good, nice, and super fast compared to other contractors my friends have used. We have had Rick and his team fix structural problems, including lots of issues related to rotting wood, as well as redo now one and a half baths along with a long list of other repairs to the house we bought before we moved in and after too. He's always been able to prioritize our work when needed and is somewhat negotiable on prices which is nice.
