Celebratory restaurant?

Also had a great meal at Gem this past December. This is the restaurant by the 19 year old chef and I was a little skeptical that it might be overrated, everything was really delicious with a lot of thought obviously put into each dish. Very veggie forward, but included meat as well. Service was great and the wine pairing was delicious.
