Recommendations for shoulder replacement

Dr. Frank Cordasco at Hospital for Special Surgery repaired my shoulder and he was brilliant. He is the shoulder surgeon for NFL teams (I don't remember which ones, but they weren't local), who have their players fly in for their shoulder problems. He was absolutely terrific. Mine wasn't a replacement, but rather a repair (badly torn rotator cuff), but I still feel as good as new. I can't recommend him highly enough.
