Type: intensive Review: Fern is an RN, and in 3 hours she ran through everything we'd need to know for childbirth. Her handouts were great, and I constantly referred to them in the weeks after the class. Insurance: No insurance, but very reasonable class rates. Based on a 2015 birth

Type: Birthing Review: The class was helpful at teaching us the basics of labor and delivery, and some infant care. The materials for the class were a bit low tech / dated (eg VCR, birthing video from early 90s) but I didn't feel this took away from the content.
