Expert Appliance Center at 212 Smith Street. The owner is named Oleg. They’ve been there for years and he recently became a Miele dealer which is apparently like getting a Michelin star. I showed him a video of what my stand mixer was doing and he told me how to fix it myself. There were a few other mixers on his work bench being fixed at the time. I've had Expert Appliance Center (https://www.expertappliancecenter.com) on Smith St. fix several ovens over the years, including a couple of weeks ago. It was about $300 parts and labor, and includes a one-year warranty. The repair person said to expect a 5-7 year lifespan on the igniter that they replaced.
