We used Meraz and his team at Excellent Contracting. They've done a lot of work in the neighborhood, you probably see their signs around. They did a great job on our cornice, cleaning the facade, and rebuilding a limestone stoop.

Our building used Excellent Contracting within the past year-ish, and we would recommend them. They repaired our cornice, and painted the facade of our building. They did all of the permitting, and put up/took down scaffolding, etc.

Meraz and his brother are excellent (pun intended). They were very responsive, and their quote was smack in the middle of the 4 quotes we got for the job. Some places I reached out to didn't even reply back! The work they did was also really good. We would definitely use them again in the future.
