Reco for fertility, prenatal care and postpartum support

As a person who suffered many miscarriages and other fertility issues I really want to share this with anyone else who is looking for support during what can be such a difficult time. I haven been working with Elizabeth Castagna and wish so much that I had known about her earlier. She is an amazing Alexander Technique (AT) teacher who was brought to the practice by her own fertility journey and is driven to help other people with their journeys. She worked with AT throughout her own pregnancy and had a pain free pregnancy, she used AT awareness through the birthing process and for postpartum such as for nursing and baby carrying to name a couple things.
