Dorne McSween ( 347-570-3465) is a baby nurse who specializes in twins (although she works with singletons too) and has been with us since we brought our preemie twin girls home 4.5 weeks ago. She worked 24 hours for a few days, and has been nights only since. There's no way I would still have any of my sanity without her. You can really tell she loves the babies so much and gets so excited to see them every night when she comes back. She has both helped with and taught us how to bathe and feed the babies and takes care of all of their laundry, cleaning their room, cleaning bottles and pump parts. We've had a ton of family help - but she's the only one that can manage both babies alone, which allows us to get out of the house sometimes - which is invaluable.
