Ditmas Park Wellness is Brooklyn’s first holistic multi-disciplinary therapy center serving the whole community including newborns, teens, adults, and the geriatric population. We provide Occupational Therapy, Physical Therapy, Pelvic Floor Therapy, and Speech & Language Therapy.
We also offer Open Play, which is when children are welcome to enjoy full use of our sensory-safe gym with parent supervision.

Had a great experience with Meg Tyner at Ditmas Park Wellness. I had tried PTs before for my diastasis recti (and other postpartum aches and pains) but prior experiences were very impersonal or one-size-fits-all in their approach, never with lasting results. Meg was the polar opposite -- she's warm, patient, informative, answered all of my million questions throughout our sessions together and I feel much stronger and am pain-free even just after a few weeks working with her. Awesome local woman-owned business. There's also an open play area for kids on-site! Really cannot recommend Ditmas Park Wellness strongly enough (did I mention she does all the insurance paperwork for you?).
