Review from the Summer 2022 Birthing Survey
What month and year was your child born? April 2022 Review: Dr. Daley was great throughout my pregnancy. Very direct and open to all of my (random) questions. Her office (Weill Cornell - NYP Obstetrics in Lower Manhattan) was super easy to work with- scheduling was easy, and they took care of scheduling sonograms and visits with other providers, as needed.OB - POC
I highly recommend Dr. Devorah Daley at NY Presbyterian Downtown Manhattan. She's a very knowledgeable and skilled OB-GYN and has an awesome bedside manner.Black OBGYN - roundup (2021)
I absolutely love my OB, Dr Devorah Daley. She is with Weill Cornell downtown and delivers at NYP Lower Manhattan. I had an excellent experience delivering our second in June 2020 despite it being peak Covid AND BLM curfews.Black OBGYN

Dr. Daley was great and very professional, I found her to be very calmingReview from the 2020 Birthing Experience Survey
Dr. Daley is kind and answers questions, but doesn't waste time on unnecessary chit chat unless you want it, so you can have efficient and productive visits. She's also part of a group that wants you to get in visits with the other doctors in the group, so that you've had a higher chance of knowing the doctor who is on call when you're delivering, which I greatly appreciated.Review from the 2020 Birthing Experience Survey
Very comfortable bedside manner. Never fussed about my age (43 when second was born). She’s BIPOC for anyone who is looking specifically for a Black OB. Easygoing, accessible, the whole team is great (ultimately delivered with Dr Anca Rosca as baby needed to come out earlier than scheduled surgery).HELLLOOOO??? Welcome May 2020 Families!
I am with Weill Cornell, but am using their downtown office at 156 William Street. I chose that office a few years ago when a colleague I was close with was pregnant and said she had a wonderful experience with them. It's right off the Fulton 2/3 stop so it's easy and quick for both me and my husband to get their from work (I'm in Park Slope and he's in Chelsea). They have a group practice of about 6-7 doctors, all of whom I will meet eventually, but for now I see my main OB, Dr. Devorah Daley. She’s absolutely amazing, and, to be honest, I chose her because we are both black women and I feel like she’ll understand concerns I have about the process more so than a doctor with fewer affinities might. What I love most about her (besides her locks and shaved head - ugh, she’s just so cool), is that she always, repeatedly, asks me if I have any questions. Also, my doula asked around her doula community and said that everyone only had great things to say about Dr. Daley. I never feel rushed seeing her and the wait times at the office are always short (maybe 10 minutes max). The nurses there are great, too and they took very good care of my husband when he fainted after having his blood drawn (true story). (December 2019)
