Re: Recommendations Needed for Property Management CompanyWe're a 6-unit condo and have been using Nishbell McNamee (D&R Property Management) for the past 9 months or so. They took over from our developer and have been really good. Super responsive and reasonably priced. We are a new building so we haven't needed any major repairs yet, which I think is the true test of a property manager. However, Nishbell is much more responsive and takes a lot more initiative than other larger property management companies I've worked with in our previous building.
