  • Re: Gyn reco - specialized knowledge

For reproductive health concerns, you can reach out to Dr. Reichman. https://weillcornell.org/dereichman
  • On the baby fence at 39

If you’d like to speak to a fertility doctor, I’d also readily endorse Dr David Reichman. I saw him for a sort of mistaken reason (PCOS that turned out not to be PCOS) and he still did all sorts of excellent reassuring (and testing) and later did help much loved friends of ours with two (!!) IVF pregnancies.
  • Low AMH, high FSH and 3rd child External

I wholeheartedly second the recommendation for David Reichman at Cornell. He’s absolutely wonderful — very level headed and practical, honest but compassionate. I have a very similar diagnosis. I got pregnant with my daughter via IUI with him on the first try (with only one follicle, he says chances are actually the same or sometimes better with IUI than IVF), and we’re currently trying with him for our second. He’s very thoughtful and truly caters his care to your needs. I am super grateful to have him in my corner.
  • Recommendations for Reproductive Endocrinologist

Another vote for Dr. Reichman here! We found him to be realistic yet compassionate, and his Tribeca office gives the best of both worlds — care that feels personal but with all the benefits of Cornell’s embryology lab and research. Feel free to email me if you’d like to hear more about our experience. We are so happy we switched to him from NYU.
  • Recommendations for Reproductive Endocrinologist

Another vote for Team Reichman! He was our fave and we saw more than our fair share of reproductive endo’s over the years.
  • Recommendations for Reproductive Endocrinologist

I loved Dr. David Reichman at Weill Cornell in TriBeCa. He is also LGBTQ-friendly. We conceived our son at his practice. Read his reviews. He’s well loved.
  • IVF in 40s, donor eggs etc

I'm now 45 and thought pregnancy is off the table for me. But my partner and I got pregnant without trying, accidentally earlier this year. Unfortunately, the pregnancy wasn't viable and we lost the baby at 10 weeks. But the experience is making me rethink the one and done plan I had. I don't want to go through IVF because it is so much money - and the potential of success is so slim at my age. Similarly, donor eggs are so expensive (thanks for the Finland tip to whoever provided!) and I am not sure I want to go that route. I'm really struggling. I made an appointment with my doctor - Dr. Reichman - who was AMAZING through my journey just to make sure I am leaving no other options on the table.
  • Doctor recommendations for multiple miscarriages

Ultimately, I ended up choosing Weill Cornell and made the trek to the Tribeca office. I loved Dr. David Reichman and had overall positive experiences with them, including during the onset of the COVID shutdown. (https://weillcornell.org/dereichman).
  • Review from the 2020 Birthing Experience Survey

David Reichman, IVF doctor — We love Dr. Reichman! He’s very deliberate and thoughtful. We totally trusted him to help us make the right decisions for our family. He’s very forthright and realistic, which we appreciated and felt was very important with an IVF doctor. And we loved everyone in his office. Definitely recommend him!
  • [ANONYMOUS] Fertility doctor experienced in autoimmune conditions

I used and really liked Dr. Reichman at Weill Cornell. He spent a lot of time with me the first meeting, and throughout went over my medical history. He did tons of tests to find out the underlying issues. He's also very blunt but kind, which I appreciate. After I became pregnant (from the second IUI), I developed hypothyroidism, so he put me on meds and referred me to an endocrinologist who I am currently seeing. A friend of mine used him for multiple rounds of IVF with donor sperm and she also loved him.
  • Re: [ANONYMOUS] Recommendation for IVF clinics

I also agree Dr. David Reichman is an amazing doctor and trusted him fully with my care. He is a very compassionate and caring person. I would highly recommend him. I recall there was a 3 month wait list to see him for the initial visit but well worth it.
  • Re: [ANONYMOUS] Recommendation for IVF clinics

I second Dr David Reichman. His office in TriBeCa has a smaller feel, and it’s more convenient, although you often go up town on the weekends. He was very kind and compassionate.
  • Re: [ANONYMOUS] Recommendation for IVF clinics

I just wanted to second the recommendation for Dr. David Reichman at Cornell.. I went to him for our first, and now what will hopefully be our second. He is smart, compassionate, responsive, and above all, a good doctor: realistic, honest, caring. Bottom Line: A good friend once said to me: Cornell IVF won’t hold your hand, but they get results. But I felt as if he was willing to do some hand holding. And we got results.
  • Re: [ANONYMOUS] Recommendation for IVF clinics

I know you mentioned having a not a great experience at Weill Cornell, but you could try another doctor. I saw Dr. David Reichman at the TriBeCa location for my first child and for second one on the way. He is very caring and very reachable - he is way more involved than some of the other doctors. I also really liked the nurse he works with, Hannah.
