I recommend Dan Sullivan and Alvaro Marte at Davaro Contracting. They did a big renovation for us last year, including a new kitchen. Their work was good and reasonably priced. They are also communicative and generally just very nice guys. It's rare that you get done with a big project and feel ready to work with a contractor again, but my husband and I are already planning to hire them again when we can save up enough to do our bathrooms in a few years.

I met Daniel through a client of mine for helping me with some hardscaping and drainage issues in my back yard. His team built out a retaining wall, put in new steps, and installed a drywell. Every time it storms I smile knowing my basement won't flood. He is fantastic to work with and I'm always referring him to other clients.
