Shout out for GREAT Art Teacher

I wanted to give a shout out to our great art teacher Rachel Fell. Both my girls take from her (ages 10 and 5). She has a nice balance of creativity and learning art technique/understandings. Our eldest daughter had given up art for two years (post stressful art class where technique was the only focus) and now has found her love of art again (not just during class!) She is starting some new classes---I highly recommend!!
