Loved my own experience with Alex so much so, we decided to bring our son, age 5. Alex was caring and sweet with our son. He patiently taught him how to calm his nervous system with belly breaths, modeling and practicing with him. Overall, since our 5 sessions with Alex, our son has been more regulated and calmer, plus we can reference his sessions and teachings as needed. Now we do some belly breathing as part of our bedtime routine! Super grateful and highly recommend.
